If you were lucky and printed the ad yesterday when it clearly stated you would get a $5 EB reward for purchasing Pampers, then you're good to go. The EB's will likely not print at the register but you can show the ad to a manager and they can print your EB's out. If however, they are still not willing to comply, just call CVS to speak to a representative.
The number is 1-888-607-4287. Have your card number and receipt at the ready. Explain about seeing the advertised special online and they should tell you that they will process the info and your EB's will print in 4 days with your next purchase. The manager at my store went this route (calling corporate instead of just printing them out for me) so I did not get my EB's today and you can bet if they don't print out in 4 days I'll be calling CVS again until I get the advertised reward.
